Yveson is a dual-qualified lawyer licensed to practice law in Canada (Alberta and Ontario). He came to Canada in 2004 and settled in Ottawa, Ontario. In 2012, he finished his Canadian law degree and obtained the title of Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. He obtained his law degree from the State University of Haiti in 1996 and practiced law in Haiti for nearly 10 years.
