  1. What areas of Law are covered?
    JusticeNet is available to qualified individuals for a variety of legal problems, including criminal matters, family disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, disability support, family benefits payments, employment rights, human rights, immigration and refugee hearings. For a more complete listing of areas of law covered, please see "Areas of Law Covered".
  2. Do you have a privacy policy?
    Yes. It can be viewed by clicking on the `Terms & Conditions` button, along with other interesting information concerning the use of this site.
  3. How can I join?
    Please click on our “Register Now” button located in the “How to Apply” page, and complete the online registration form. Alternatively, you may print out the registration form, complete it by hand and mail it along with a cheque for the registration fee. Please see the “How to Apply” page for details.
  4. Are there any costs in participating in JusticeNet?
    There is a modest annual registration fee for all lawyers joining JusticeNet. This fee helps to cover the administrative costs of the program, including the toll-free call centre. For the current fee amount, please refer to the signup page.
