Daniel L. Lerner is an experienced criminal lawyer and former Assistant Crown Attorney. Daniel assists clients in all areas of criminal law. He also helps clients and their families navigate the often overwhelming criminal justice system by giving clear legal advice and ensuring that everyone involved understands the situation and their options.

Daniel is appears in all courts throughout the Greater Toronto Area as well as the surrounding area.

Besides helping clients, Daniel is also called upon by other lawyers for consultations on criminal matters, and has been invited to give talks to other lawyer groups on specific areas of criminal law.

As a former Crown, Daniel was involved in implementing the drinking and driving policy in downtown Toronto, prosecuting complex drinking and driving cases, addressing issues with warrants, running trials on crimes of violence, and regularly worked in the youth courts and the bail courts. Daniel can bring all of that experience to assist
