CVE Mediation was founded on one simple belief: families in conflict deserve more than a resolution, they deserve to walk away elevated. I bring close to two decades of business and community experience into this work, alongside a background rooted in social service and years spent directly supporting families as a daycare provider. That combination gives me a grounded, practical understanding of how families actually live, communicate, and struggle, not just in theory, but in day to day reality.
I recently completed my Certificate in Family Mediation, and I approach this work as an extension of everything I've already built: helping people find clarity, dignity, and a path forward, even in their most difficult moments. My style is honest, warm, and community rooted. I don't believe in one size fits all solutions, every family that comes to me brings their own story, and my role is to help them write the next chapter of it with respect, not resentment.
