I am a dual-jurisdiction legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in legal practice, academia, and advisory roles. I am licensed as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and have previously been licensed and practiced law in Iran. My background includes extensive experience in litigation, civil procedure, arbitration, and dispute resolution across a wide range of legal matters.

I hold a Ph.D. in International Law, with a research focus on fair trial standards and civil justice systems, as well as an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. My academic and professional experience allows me to approach legal issues with both analytical depth and practical efficiency.
