Courtney has been working in various capacities in the legal field since 2000. Throughout her career, Courtney has had the opportunity to work within and for different governments, individuals, for a Judge, in a boutique litigation law firm and with a two small family law practices.
Since establishing her law practice in 2011, Courtney has built a reputation for clear communication and practical problem-solving, in matters where emotional and financial complexity meet sensitive family issues.
A graduate of Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law School, Courtney remains active in the legal community as a mentor, providing guidance to both lawyers, articling students, paralegal students, and law clerk students.
