I am a court-rostered Family Mediator in Ontario who supports individuals and families navigating separation, parenting arrangements, and conflict with clarity, safety, and dignity.

My work is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. I understand—personally and professionally—how overwhelming family breakdown can feel, especially when people are expected to “negotiate” before their nervous systems are regulated or their situation is fully understood. I do not rush clients into agreements. Instead, I take a harm-reductive, step-by-step approach that helps people understand what needs to happen first before meaningful negotiation can begin.

Many of the individuals I work with arrive feeling confused, exhausted, or afraid of making the wrong decision. My role is to slow the process down, reduce harm, and help clients make informed choices as they transition from one family structure into two.
