Since being called to the bar in 2021, the Director, Barrister & Solicitor of Shabbir Law Professional Corporation, Ihtasham Shabbir has built a diverse legal career spanning both the private and public sectors. With experience in private practice, Mr. Shabbir has worked in a variety of areas, including Family and Divorce Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates.
In addition to his private practice background, Mr. Shabbir has served as in-house Legal Counsel for several prominent organizations within the public service sector. His work with Family and Children’s Services of Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Durham Children’s Aid Society, and the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto has further broadened his legal knowledge.
