As a family lawyer, I help clients navigate separation and divorce while protecting their legal rights and working toward practical and fair resolutions. I assist with issues involving parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child support, spousal support, and division of family property. My approach focuses on promoting the best interests of the child while helping clients make informed decisions during difficult and emotional transitions.
I also prepare and review family law agreements, including separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and prenuptial agreements. In addition, I represent clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice in a wide range of family law matters, including contested motions, case conferences, settlement conferences, and trials.
