I have received my LL.B., LL.M and Ph.D. in criminal law from Osgoode Hall Law School. I wrote my doctoral thesis on the rules of confession in Canada. I specialize in criminal law and I have been working as trial counsel for 23 years. I have done cases ranging from theft under to 1st degree murder. I Have done numerous jury trials. I have two offices in Pickering and Richmond Hill and I am prepared to assist client anywhere in Ontario. I firmly believe that individuals charged with any criminal offence should receive the best possible representation and I have the tools and the experience to provide my clients with strong representation. I am available to meet with clients in person or via zoom. I am also fluent in Persian.
