I have substantive experience in dealing with high conflict family cases, including those with the Children's Aid Society, on other custody and access issues. I will provide you with my advice, with the aim of reaching an agreement. If this does not work, I will represent you to obtain the best possible results.

I also have experience dealing with issues of adoption, custody, access, support, divorce, matrimonial property division, interjurisdictional issues, restraining orders and CAS / child protection.

For criminal law, I take on a variety of cases including various summary and indictable offence charges as well as serious criminal cases. For criminal cases, I work by accepting block fees or fees by the hour.

I have two assistants – one for family issues and the other for real estate and civil litigation.
