JusticeNet Roster of Therapists
JusticeNet has recently created a secondary roster of regulated mental health pofessionals (the “Secondary Roster”). The Secondary Roster is comprised of mental health professionals duly licensed to practice in their respective field by their respective regulatory body who are willing to offer their services to qualifying clients at reduced fees.
In an effort to safeguard the solicitor-client relationship, the Secondary Roster is made available exclusively to JusticeNet’s primary roster legal professionals on this login-protected page (see the list below). As a member of the primary roster of legal professionals, you have the option to engage these professionals if and as you see fit on behalf of your clients. Subject only to the prior solicitor-client relationship, all components of the therapeutic relationship between the client and the Secondary Roster member shall be governed by the regulations that bind the Secondary Roster member.
The JusticeNet Board of Directors has formed relationships with regulated mental health professionals who have experience treating individuals involved in the criminal justice system. All of the members of the Secondary Roster warrant and represent that they are and shall remain a member in good standing with your applicable regulatory body, subject to their immediate removal from the Secondary Roster.

“Our justice system will be further strengthened with the introduction of the JusticeNet program, as it will serve to complement existing access to justice programs intended for people who do not qualify for legal aid.”
